how to use:
light the tip of the sage stick for 15-20 seconds, once lit, blow out the flame lightly and smoke will appear. you can place it on a heatproof dish or move it around the room, wherever you would like to cleanse the energy. once you’ve finished, extinguish your sage by pressing it into the heatproof dish. you may use a plate, an abalone shell, a regular shell or an ashtray.
