selenite is known for it’s purifying properties. it helps promote clarity of the mind and can help soothe mental chatter. it is widely used to charge other crystals, as selenite doesn’t need to be recharged unlike other crystals. 

how to use:
hold the palo santo stick downwards at a 45 degree angle, light it & let it burn for 30 seconds. blow it out and place it on your heatproof dish, or move it around the room, or around your crystals or the space you would like to cleanse. you may even move the stick around you before yoga or meditation practice. once finished, press it into a heatproof dish to extinguish it.
